ORDER PROCESSING: All canvas are made-to-order, newly made and print just for you. When orders are successfully placed, we will start processing your order. This process often takes 5-7 business days. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

We offer express shipping method for US Contiguous States on any orders which are required urgently (2-3 working days delivery). If you require an express shipment, please place your order online and leave a note in the comment box. We will reach out to you via mail regarding the surcharge which may vary depending on your location and order’s weight.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. You can change shipping address within 24hrs since the moment your order is palced. Please contact customer service via live chat or mail hi@trendingwallart.com to deal with it. After that time, the order is locked for processing/producing, lable creation reason and cannot be cancelled or changed. If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
